1. What we do

Naijafindshop is a listing website that helps buyers and sellers find and contact each other. We are not a party to any sale. We do not sell products, hold money, offer escrow or process payments for products. Buyers and sellers agree prices, payment and delivery directly.

2. No guarantee

We do not guarantee that any seller, buyer or product is genuine, safe or legal. A “Verified” badge only means we checked some contact details. Always inspect products and use your own judgement.

3. Sellers

• You must give true information and only list items you are allowed to sell.
• You are responsible for your listings, prices and dealings with buyers.
• We may review, edit, hide or remove listings and suspend or ban accounts that break our rules.

4. Premium subscription

Premium costs ₦1,500 per month and is optional. It gives extra photos, a badge and better placement. It does not guarantee sales. This is the only payment made to the website.

5. Prohibited use

Fraud, spam, harassment, illegal or prohibited items, and attempts to collect other users’ data are not allowed.

6. Liability

To the extent allowed by Nigerian law, we are not liable for losses from transactions between users.

7. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
