What we collect

• Sellers: name, shop name, phone, WhatsApp, email, state, city, preferred language and your products.
• Buyers: no account is needed. A random chat key is stored only on your device. We keep the name you type and your chat messages.
• Technical data needed to keep the service safe (for example, to stop spam).

Location

We only use your device location when you allow it, and only to suggest your town. We never store or show exact GPS coordinates. Listings show only your town and state, or a shop address you choose to share.

What others can see

Sellers choose which contact details (phone, WhatsApp, email, chat) are shown publicly. Hidden details are not shown to buyers.

Why we use your data

• To run the marketplace and let buyers and sellers talk.
• To keep users safe, review reports and stop fraud.
• To manage optional premium subscriptions.

Security

Passwords are stored as secure hashes. Access to data is restricted by account. Chat photos are private to the people in that chat and our safety team.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use. Sellers can edit their profile at any time. Contact us to delete your account.

Retention

We keep data only as long as needed to run the service, meet legal duties or resolve disputes.
